Aurora Public Schools seeks to ensure that all employees are highly qualified and skilled for their positions and to develop and nurture a professional culture of leadership, integrity and creativity throughout the district. The strategic plan adopted by our district in 2006 states that we will "create a process for shared learning and sharing of best practices by developing networks within and among schools."
